Administrative Manager Professional

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Manager. This role will involve providing operational supervision of teams of staff and demonstrating effective leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities- Liaising with clerical officers, appointment clerks, admin supervisors and departmental managers on a daily basis to ensure adequate cover across all appointment and reception areas.
- Taking responsibility for the daily running of appointment and reception areas, prioritising the workload of self and others and making necessary adjustments to ensure adequate staffing and cover is maintained.
- Acting as a link between clerical staff and clinical staff to promote a quality service and a proactive outlook within the department.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- ECDL or equivalent experience.
- Efficient in the use of Microsoft Windows applications.
- Experience of working in a changing environment.
- Experienced in staff management.
