Our company, BAE Systems (New), is seeking a talented Business Administration Professional to join our Shared Services team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to gain real experience and develop your skills in various areas of business administration.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a two-year scheme that will give you hands-on experience in different placements within our business. You will work across various teams, including Recruitment Operations, Early Careers Recruitment, Onboarding, Vetting, Business Operations, and Events. This will enable you to develop your business administration skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a Business Administration Professional, you will be responsible for delivering your responsibilities efficiently and with integrity, working well within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills, conducting stakeholder management, problem-solving, developing organizational skills, and incorporating project management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 Business Administrator Standard qualification
  • 5 GCSE A*-C or 9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths & English
