Process Development Specialist

Located in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, Austin Fraser has a new opportunity for a Process Development Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering solutions to material and integration challenges.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for optoelectronic materials and development within manufacturing processes. With a background in optoelectronic assemblies / devices, you will have a good understanding of product development from NPI through to manufacture.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that specializes in secure communication devices for defence and aerospace sectors. As a Process Development Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert for optoelectronic materials and development within manufacturing processes.
Key Requirements:- A background in optoelectronic assemblies / devices
- A good understanding of product development from NPI through to manufacture
- The ability to obtain Security Clearance
Austin Fraser offers a range of excellent benefits including a 9 day working fortnight, hybrid working, flexitime as well as assisting with relocation costs of up to £8,000. The estimated salary for this role is around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
