Job Description: EMEA Key Account Lead

Clarivate Analytics is seeking an experienced EMEA Key Account Lead to join our MedTech team as part of the Life Sciences & Healthcare Segment.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic account initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales and account management, a passion for customer success, and a proven ability to deliver results. They will work closely with a defined book of business to manage clients and their renewal business while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts.

About You – Experience, Skills, and Accomplishments

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in Sales or Account management
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the growth of the EMEA Key accounts business renewal rates and new business
  2. Drive exceptional revenue performance by hitting sales goals/KPIs
  3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships across Clarivate and ensure collaboration is delivered with a customer focus
  4. Report accurate personal forecasting and performance metrics to your manager
  5. Provide excellent customer service and support for your territory
  6. Work as a team with your designated RAM to maximize all account opportunities

  • Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
