Role Overview

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Senior Staff Nurse to join our MediTalent Ltd team in Swindon, England. As a key member of our A&E department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art private hospital, providing a range of treatments including orthopaedics, ENT, dermatology, urology, cosmetics, and general surgery. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for managing patient care, leading a team of nurses, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, reflective of the local market rate. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, 25 days' holiday per year (increasing during employment), enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, employee referral scheme, learning and development opportunities, friends and family hospital discounts, and NHS Blue Light Discount Card.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and experience working in a UK hospital setting. You should also demonstrate evidence of relevant professional development, strong organisational and planning skills, and a commitment to risk management and patient safety.
