The post holder will develop specific competencies relating to Emergency Care, upholding the Chief Nursing Officer's 6C's of Nursing and supporting the Trust ICARE values. The role requires robust clinical knowledge, strong initiative, and an ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.
