Job Description

As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, handling queries and issues with expertise and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable and long-standing organisation in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Support: Provide expert guidance on products, including technical and commercial support via phone and email.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver tailored product training for customers and internal teams.
  • CRM Management: Keep the CRM system accurate and up-to-date with relevant information.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and document quality issues, sharing details with the appropriate Quality Manager.
