Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our European Services Team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and operational excellence across our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Development: Identify and capitalize on product and technology opportunities across current and new customers, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to teams in selecting the right products or technologies for their projects.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze service performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Operational Support: Provide technical support and guidance to teams on quality, logistics, and other operational aspects related to product and technology implementation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a water-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Solid experience in project management and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in project management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Language: Ability to write and speak in both English and French.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe, with possibility of further afield on occasions.
