Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd on a maternity cover basis for a period of 14 months.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and delivering brand growth plans, with a strong background in product development, marketing, and sales.

The role will involve:

  • P&L accountability and financial management
  • Setting pricing, promotion, and product strategies
  • Driving new product development and innovation
  • Collaborating with category and sales functions to develop compelling retailer sell-in stories

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong understanding of brand management principles.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the brand P&L and financial performance
  • Developing and implementing brand growth strategies
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Providing market insights and competitor analysis

The successful candidate will be a strong influencer with excellent project management skills, able to deliver projects to the end/store and manage multiple priorities.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000, 25 days annual leave, hybrid working, lovely hours including a 3pm finish on a Friday, health employee program, and free food.
