Job Title: Head of Business to Consumer SalesJob Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business to Consumer Sales to lead our team and drive growth of our tenant insurance product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize revenue and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other supporting functions to produce effective campaigns and process improvements that drive growth.
  • Undertake monthly 1:1s with management team members to ensure open communication and identify strengths, weaknesses, training, and development requirements.
  • Proactively seek and deliver continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure resource management is well-planned and recruit new team members who align with the business culture and values.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tenant insurance products and industry changes.
  • Manage, motivate, develop, and lead team members through effective reward and recognition, training, and development programs.
  • Lead by example and drive a customer-centric approach within the team, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with consumer duty requirements.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for business growth and implement changes as required.
  • Ensure customer intelligence is accurate and stay close to customer needs to feed back changes and products required to the rest of the business.
