Head of Sales - Facilities Management

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to join our team at Huws Gray Supply Chain Solutions.

This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Facilities Maintenance Contractors across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a robust sales strategy to develop a market presence and drive revenue growth in the facilities maintenance sector.
  • Meet and exceed National Sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and customers while creating and expanding existing client relationships to increase sales and market share.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and margin goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to align sales strategies and optimize service offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and develop key supplier relationships.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth at a national level. You'll also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and be a strategic thinker.

As this role involves meeting clients across the UK, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence.
