About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Marketing Strategist to join our team at Rise & Fall. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideate and Execute Retention Campaigns: Develop and implement retention campaigns that keep customers engaged and coming back to our brand.
  • Analyse Retention Reports: Analyse retention reports to identify areas for improvement and fine-tune strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Lead Customer Insights: Lead on gathering customer insights to deepen our understanding of customers and inform future retention strategies.
  • Develop Innovative Strategies: Develop innovative strategies to keep customers engaged and loyal to our brand.
  • Communicate Customer Insights: Communicate customer insights to the wider team to assist with everything from new customer acquisition to product development and enhancement.

Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience crafting retention strategies either agency side or in-house.
  • Retention Channels: Thorough understanding of retention channels such as email, SMS, and other emerging platforms.
  • Customer Engagement: Deeply passionate about customer engagement, customer experience, and retention.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, capable of pulling together all stakeholders in the business.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in analysing data sets from retention reports and sales reports, and translating findings into actionable insights.
