About the Role

Rise & Fall is seeking a highly skilled Retention Marketing Strategist to join our growth team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies that keep our customers engaged and loyal to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate and Execute Retention Campaigns: Develop and execute retention campaigns and experiments that keep customers engaged and coming back.
  • Analyse Retention Reports: Analyse retention reports to continually improve and fine-tune strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Lead Customer Insights: Lead on gathering customer insights to deepen our understanding of customers and inform future retention strategies.
  • Develop Innovative Strategies: Develop innovative strategies to keep customers engaged and loyal to our brand.
  • Communicate Customer Insights: Communicate customer insights to the wider team to assist with everything from new customer acquisition to product development and enhancement.

Requirements

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in crafting retention strategies.
  • Thorough understanding of retention channels such as email, SMS, and other emerging platforms.
  • Deeply passionate about customer engagement, customer experience, and retention.
  • Well-versed in developing retention campaigns and pitching ideas.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of pulling together all stakeholders in the business.
  • Proficient in analysing data sets from retention reports and sales reports, and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • An eye for great customer experiences, from impactful communication to engaging content.
