Commercial Relationship Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at Brook Street Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining key commercial relationships with major clients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering innovative solutions while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Reviews and Reporting
- Conduct regular customer reviews and present management reports using Power BI, covering performance metrics such as service success, landfill diversion, and financial analysis.
- Site-Specific Issue Resolution
- Support depot and customer service teams to resolve site-specific issues, including health and safety concerns, container changes, and introducing alternative services as required.
- Debt Management and Contractual Commitments
- Ensure effective debt management and align with contractual commitments.
- Relationship Building and Communication
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to negotiate and communicate effectively, delivering long-term benefits for all parties.
- Payment-Related Queries and Credit Production
- Resolve payment-related queries, address invoice delays, and manage credit production when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or account management role.
- Strong Experience in Meeting KPIs
- Strong experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
- Technical Skills
- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Soft Skills
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets under pressure.
