Energy and Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Energy and Sustainability Specialist to join our ESG team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the energy management of our current and future buildings. Your expertise in energy efficiency projects, including domestic hot water, HVAC, and power consumption, will be invaluable in supporting our company's commitment to reducing energy consumption and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Energy Manager in identifying and implementing energy efficiency opportunities
  • Monitor energy consumption data to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with local operational and maintenance teams to increase energy efficiency
  • Liaise with external contractors to implement energy efficiency projects
  • Support the development of energy efficiency guidance and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in energy management with a focus on building services and control
  • Experience in domestic hot water generation, heating ventilation, and air conditioning
  • Extensive knowledge of building and energy standards
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in verbal and written English
