Energy and Sustainability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Energy and Sustainability Engineer to join our ESG team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our energy management initiatives and contributing to our goal of reducing energy consumption across our properties.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a strong commitment to sustainability. As an Energy and Sustainability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the energy management of our current and future buildings, including domestic hot water, HVAC, and power consumption
  • Project managing energy upgrade projects, including solar, heat pump, batteries, and other innovative solutions
  • Working with key business stakeholders to support initiatives to reduce energy consumption and maximize efficiency
  • Traveling to our various buildings across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in energy management, with particular emphasis on building services and control
  • Experience in domestic hot water generation, heating ventilation, and air conditioning
  • Experience with various building management system controls and associated hardware and software
  • Extensive knowledge of the latest energy design and operation technologies
  • Extensive knowledge of building and energy standards
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in verbal and written English
  • Good practical experience in the building services environment
