Job Title: Business Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Studio Fix. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large and diverse teams, with a background in fitness industry management and qualifications in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business operations, including operating procedures, H&S procedures, staff compliance, and timetable management.
- Oversee business expenses and administration, maintain positive relationships with key contractors and suppliers, and manage local authority relationships and compliance.
- Run payroll, HR systems, and staff rotas.
Requirements:
- Background in fitness industry management and qualifications in the field.
- Experience managing large and diverse teams.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
