£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting line management in meeting their Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) responsibilities, providing technical, organizational, and procedural advice, as well as country/region-specific legislative compliance.

  • Proactively develop and promote a culture of care across Offshore operational and contract teams.
  • Develop the team of HSE professionals and specialists external HSE experts in Offshore operations.
  • Liaise and drive lessons learned with initiatives together with HSE counterparts.
  • Plan, steer, and follow-up of all Offshore HSE measures in coordination with the Head of HSE Offshore Operations and the Team Lead HSE Offshore Operations, Continental Europe.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A NEBOSH Certificate, ideally working towards a NEBOSH Diploma.
  • An IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management.
  • Experience in leading teams.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels through verbal and written communication.
  • Have been involved with HSE leadership training.
