    **Job Summary**

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar & Battery Storage Technician to join our team at Renewable Energy Systems.

    As a key member of our operations and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our utility-scale battery storage plants and ground-mounted solar PV plants.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    * Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on plant equipment to ensure outstanding levels of safety, quality, and performance.

    * Collaborate with our operations team to identify and address any technical issues or faults with plant systems.

    * Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

    * Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and other relevant information.

    **Requirements**

    * Qualified electrician with experience working on MW-scale power plants, with DC and HV electrical competencies.

    * Strong understanding of solar PV technology and battery storage systems, with experience in their operation and maintenance.

    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    * Ability to travel regularly between sites and offices, with occasional overnight stays for training or other business purposes.
