We're seeking a talented Operations Intern to join our team at Fuse Energy, a pioneering renewable energy company.

This exciting 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment, working on customer-facing operations, managing installations, auditing billing & collections, and handling regulatory submissions.

Fuse Energy's mission is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity to power the world. Our founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut before joining Mosaic Ventures.

You'll have the chance to work across various software applications, develop your skills, and make a real impact in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-facing operations: answering customer queries, managing installations, and handling regulatory submissions.
  • Auditing billing & collections.
  • Managing installations and ensuring smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Degree from a top university.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaborating skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with working across various software applications.
  • London based and authorized to work in the UK (Fuse Energy does not sponsor visas for internships).
  • Programming and SQL experience is a plus, but not necessary.
