We're seeking a skilled Solar Energy Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Renewable Energy Systems. Based in the UK, this role will cover sites in Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, and Wisbech areas.

This is a permanent position that requires availability for weekend on-call duties as part of a rota. An overtime system is in place.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified electrician with experience operating and maintaining MW-scale power plants, with DC and HV electrical competencies. A company vehicle, smart phone, and laptop/tablet will be provided.

RES provides a comprehensive package of benefits including contributory pension, private health insurance, and investment in role-specific training. Strong candidates will have the opportunity to work towards Authorised Person (AP) or Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status.

The successful candidate will undertake planned inspection and maintenance according to legal, technical, manufacturer, and contractual requirements. This includes inspection, testing, and maintenance of plant and equipment, AC and DC system testing, troubleshooting, and fault-finding.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our renewable energy systems.
