Your Role
  • Leverage your expertise in leading commercial relationships with approximately 10 development partners across Europe, US, and Asia under equity investments and joint development agreements.
  • Contribute to high-level decision-making and long-term planning for OEGEN's development portfolio, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the value and impact of our funds.
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Support: Foster a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement by leading and motivating a team dedicated to commercial management of the development portfolio.
  • Foster professional development and upskilling to ensure team capabilities align with industry standards and project demands.
  • Deliver Fund Objectives: Work closely with OEGEN Fund managers to deliver overarching fund objectives and report against development fund and investment KPIs.
  • Commercial Management: Provide strategic oversight and direct management of approximately 10 renewable energy developers and development pipelines following deal closures.
  • Maintain and enhance governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Over 10 years of senior management experience in renewable energy or related sectors.
  • Proficient in financial modelling, project management, and data reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Strong regulatory, governance, and compliance knowledge, with experience in managing complex operations across various geographical locations.

  • Experience in leadership and strategic management within the renewable energy sector.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven track record in investment portfolio management.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging and influencing a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Strong understanding of the global energy infrastructure markets, regulatory environments, and the unique challenges of energy project development.
