Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Senior Production Manager to lead our dynamic team and deliver high-quality live events and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee and guide production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop production team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage complex production budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure profitability.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of production techniques, equipment, and technologies, providing strategic guidance.
    • Develop and implement production strategies and plans.
    • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure seamless integration of production elements.
    • Manage and resolve production-related issues and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in live event production, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of production techniques, equipment, and technologies, including lighting, sound, staging, and AV systems.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and risk management procedures.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management software.
