About the Role

In light of ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Executive Producer to play a crucial role in the execution of projects for one of their largest accounts, transforming client objectives and messaging into captivating events. Collaborating closely with internal teams including design, production, digital, and logistics, the responsibilities include:


• Leading large-scale projects accommodating over 6000 attendees


• Coordinating and aligning necessary resources across projects


• Overseeing all aspects of the pitch process


• Managing client relationships, strategic planning, and commercial forecasting


• Engaging with suppliers, managing relationships, and negotiating terms


• Assuming overall responsibility for project delivery, including the management of schedules, overarching strategies, and budget oversight


• Ensuring sustainability objectives are achieved on all assigned projects


• Leading and developing a global team of 40 staff across three locations


• Managing, forecasting, and reconciling multi-million-pound, multi-currency budgets.

About the Candidate


Candidates should possess a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex events, ideally from an agency or corporate background, with experience leading extensive project teams across various disciplines. Significant experience in all facets of live event production is essential, as is a history of managing budgets exceeding £1 million. Strong client-facing abilities, a creative mindset, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams are crucial.
