Job Title: Senior Event Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Production Manager to join our team at Medea Creative Productions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our large-scale location-based experiences (LBEs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the technical production of LBEs, ensuring that all aspects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with producers, production designers, and technical teams to develop and implement comprehensive delivery plans.
  • Manage and motivate production teams, including contractors, scenic artists, technicians, and stage crew.
  • Ensure that all technical and production elements are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain robust health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in production management, with a strong background in technical scoping, site management, and health and safety.
  • Proven experience in managing production teams, including contractors and technical staff.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
  • Integral understanding of technical production and design, including audio, lighting, and interactive mechanics.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications desirable.
