The Role

In light of ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Executive Producer to play a crucial role in the execution of projects for one of their largest accounts, translating client objectives and messaging into truly captivating events. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as design, production, digital, and logistics, the responsibilities include:


• Leading large-scale projects accommodating over 6000 participants


• Managing and coordinating appropriate resources across various projects


• Overseeing all aspects of the pitch process


• Client relationship management, strategic planning, and commercial forecasting


• Supplier engagement, management, and negotiation


• Assuming overall responsibility for project delivery across the portfolio, including the management of delivery schedules, overarching strategies, and budget oversight


• Ensuring sustainability targets are achieved on all assigned projects


• Line management and development of a global team of 40 staff across three locations


• Budget management, forecasting, and reconciliation of multi-million-pound, multi-currency budgets.

The Candidate


Candidates should possess a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex events, ideally from an agency or corporate setting, with experience leading extensive project teams across multiple disciplines. Comprehensive experience in all facets of live event production is essential, as is the ability to manage budgets exceeding £1 million. Strong client-facing skills and a creative mindset, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, are crucial.
