Their events encompass a wide range, from expansive expo-style gatherings to promotional roadshows, experiential events, conferences, product launches, exhibitions, and everything in between.

The Role

In light of ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Executive Producer to play a crucial role in the execution of projects for one of their largest accounts, translating client objectives and messaging into compelling events. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as design, production, digital, and logistics, the responsibilities include:


• Leading large-scale projects for over 6000 attendees


• Coordinating and aligning necessary resources across projects


• Overseeing all aspects of the pitch process


• Managing client relationships, strategic planning, and commercial forecasting


• Engaging with suppliers, managing relationships, and negotiating terms


• Assuming overall responsibility for project delivery, including management of schedules, overarching strategies, and budget oversight


• Ensuring sustainability targets are achieved on all assigned projects


• Leading and developing a global team of 40 staff across three locations


• Managing, forecasting, and reconciling multi-million-pound, multi-currency budgets.

The Candidate


Candidates should possess a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex events, ideally within an agency or corporate setting, with experience leading extensive project teams across multiple disciplines. Significant experience in all facets of live event production is essential, as is the ability to manage budgets exceeding £1 million. Strong client-facing skills and a creative mindset, coupled with the capability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, are crucial.
