Job Overview
We are seeking a Meeting Recorder Coordinator to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a hybrid role, splitting their time between our Southend office and working from home.
About the Role
This is a 37-hour-per-week position, Monday to Friday, with a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. The successful candidate will have the potential for this to become a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Meeting Recorder Coordinator, you will be responsible for recording meetings and producing high-quality minutes. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, providing them with updates on meeting outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills. You should be able to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.
