About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Income Administrator. As a key member of our Income Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining records, preparing documents, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
  • Financial Monitoring: Monitor and track financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cash Receipting: Process and manage cash receipts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, either in a face-to-face or telephone environment.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Financial Knowledge: Basic knowledge of financial transactions and procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
