About the Role

Ferrovial Construction UK is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to assist with day-to-day activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the achievement of Health and Safety standards in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans and Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Support the development of briefing and communication strategies to ensure quality plans and important information are understood and operated by all employees and subcontractors.
  • Monitor compliance of construction works on site and relevant documentation in accordance with Works Information, Ferrovial standards, and relevant Technical Standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree or Master's in any discipline, with a proven track record of learning and adding value to the team.
