Job Title: Night Shift Quality Advisor

About the Role:
Ferrovial Construction Ltd UK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Advisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Night Shift Quality Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality management across various projects, including the Heathrow H7 Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work night shifts on a permanent basis, with occasional day shifts required.
  • Collaborate with the H7 Quality Manager to implement quality control and assurance measures.
  • Lead quality control and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with the HAL Employer's Requirements for Quality Management.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, and quality registers.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Monitor and report on quality trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the Quality Management Plan.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Civil engineering or building engineering background, with experience in quality control and assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Valid CSCS card and experience working in the aviation sector.
