We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at OKB KONE plc.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of our quality assurance team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects by analyzing data, conducting inspections, and testing.

You will work closely with the Quality Manager to deploy our quality strategy, governance, and goals across the organization. This will involve identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing corrective actions, and maintaining quality records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize quality performance improvement based on data analysis and insights.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Lean methodologies and other quality tools.
  • Analyze large datasets from multiple platforms to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Schedule and conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven technical quality background and experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other quality management software.
