About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sofitel London Heathrow. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, preparation, and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and preparation of menus, including ordering and inventory management.
• Work closely with our culinary team to ensure the highest standards of presentation, taste, and quality.
• Supervise and train a team of commis chefs to ensure they are equipped to meet our high standards.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all health and safety practices and regulations.
