Mastercard Compliance Coordinator

About the Opportunity:
">We are seeking an experienced Mastercard Compliance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, card issuance, and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and assessing business or card scheme changes impacting our operations.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Drive the implementation of new processes and ways of working in relation to cards, collaborating with the Global Operations team and stakeholders globally to ensure operational requirements are met.">
- Investigate Mastercard notifications and communicate them effectively.">
- Serve as a key support member across the core cards team on projects and initiatives, coordinating feedback and sharing updates across relevant parties.">
- Support the Project Delivery team by directly managing projects and assisting with process analysis when needed.">
- Provide valuable insights and reports to the Global Cards Manager using data from external partners and internal cards data.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Programme Manager, BIN Sponsor, or Card Issuer role, preferably in customer service, back office, or implementations.">
- Knowledge of Mastercard or Visa issuance and associated operating rules is preferred.">
- Familiarity with Travel or Prepaid programmes would be advantageous.">
- Excellent MS Excel, MS Word, and ideally MS PowerPoint skills.">
- Ability to handle data and MI, analysing and supporting key metrics would be beneficial.">
