Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical diagnostic guidance to retailers and authorized independent retailers via messaging/reporting systems, telephone, and video calls.
- Report emerging concerns within the network and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and circulate data to helpdesk engineers, field engineers, principal engineers, and operation managers.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Automotive repair (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Be able to work effectively in a commercial environment and contribute to the transformation of the iconic Jaguar Land Rover brand.
