Academic Teaching Assistant

Job Details- Salary: £12 per hour
- Location: Deal, South England
We are seeking talented teaching assistants with experience working with children who have SEMH and/or SEN. You will need to possess a positive person-focused mindset, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work in a team.
In this role, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students with diverse needs. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- GCSE English and Maths
- Experience working with children with SEMH and/or SEN
- A commitment to creating and maintaining high standards of support
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a team
- Empathy, patience and understanding
