Graduate Academic Support Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Rikama Education. As a key member of our primary school team, you will provide academic support to students across Key Stages 1 and 2, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. They will also be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive annual salary of £27,000-£35,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Other benefits include a supportive team environment, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive induction program.
