**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly motivated and caring Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to students with SEMH and/or SEN.

- You should have experience working with children who have SEMH and/or SEN, and be able to adapt your approach to meet individual needs.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a team will enable you to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Empathy, patience, and understanding are crucial qualities for this role, as you will be working with students who may require additional support.
