We are a dynamic and supportive primary and secondary school looking for a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students, and help shape the future of young learners.

What We Offer:

Your Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers by delivering pre-planned lessons and activities, lead small groups and individual interventions, assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons, and manage behaviour in the classroom. You will also provide feedback to teachers on student progress and help with assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:
We require a Level 5 CACHE qualification or above, or extensive experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). You should also have proven experience in a school environment, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for education and helping young people succeed. Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
