Job Overview

PW Construction is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality services and ensure seamless operational standards across all worksites.

Salary Details

The salary for this position is £55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure assigned contracts adhere to existing and required operational and technical standards of service delivery.
  • To guarantee safe site operations with adherence to company health and safety protocols, escalating any queries or incidents to internal parties for prompt resolution.
  • To manage and report budgets and their expenditure, maintaining accurate records on-site and in the back office.
  • To maintain cost-effective services that meet financial constraints and are fit for purpose.
  • Overall responsibility for site conduct, processes, and employee performance under your supervision, escalating issues to relevant department management as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven track record of managing account P&L for multiple contracts.
  • Industry experience, particularly in HVAC, would be beneficial.
  • Full driving license is essential.
