About Our Innovative Business

New Appointments Group is revolutionising the building industry by offering a cutting-edge fireproof panel building system designed to create affordable housing for councils, housing associations, schools, and more.

Our mission is to support communities by addressing homelessness and helping individuals get onto the property ladder with safe, cost-effective housing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel across the UK to meet with potential clients, presenting the benefits of our fireproof panel system.
  • Develop business relationships with councils, housing associations, schools, and similar organisations.
  • Manage your own diary, booking appointments, and following up with leads.
  • Sell our products and services, focusing on building long-term partnerships.
  • Cold call to develop new opportunities and generate business.
  • Visit wholesalers and distributors to promote our range of passive fire products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales within a similar role.
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and appointments effectively.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A clean driving license is preferred.

What We Offer

  • Basic salary £30,000 to £35,000 p/a, plus commission.
  • Company car, laptop, and mobile phone provided.
  • Hotel accommodation and expenses covered for overnight stays.
  • Ongoing training and support to ensure your success in the role.
