Senior Site Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the preparation of tenders for sub-contractors and manage a team of site managers and assistant site managers on a £80m ambulatory diagnostic centre project at West Middlesex University Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare package tender for internal trades before Invitation to Tender
  • Participate in design coordination, including managing sub-contractors with design portions
  • Manage a team of site managers and assistant site managers, ensuring delegation, tracking, and checking of work
  • Have a broad view of architectural packages (commercial, technical, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of UK building regulations, including UK H&S construction laws and their application
  • Ability to manage subcontractors
  • Experience in participation and preparation of tenders for sub-contractors
  • Main contractor experience
  • SMSTS, CSCS - must be current
  • Stress Management
  • High levels of quality standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and produces accurate work
