Job Title: Senior Site Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in the participation and preparation of tenders for sub-contractors.

About the Project

The project involves the design and build of a £80m ambulatory diagnostic centre at West Middlesex University Hospital (Isleworth).

The centre will feature five storeys of new build, a rooftop plant, and a small terrace area. The ground-floor will be a one-storey link corridor to the existing hospital building.

This new centre is designed to be an all-electric building, requiring a high level of technical expertise and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Participate in the preparation of tenders for sub-contractors
  • Coordinate design activities, including managing CDPs (sub-contractors with design portion)
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and H&S construction laws
  • Manage main contractor experience and SMSTS, CSCS certifications
  • Develop and maintain high levels of quality standards
