Job Title: Senior Site Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Director to lead the delivery of a major construction project, an ambulatory diagnostic centre at West Middlesex University Hospital. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing subcontractors and preparing tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of the project
  • Prepare and submit tenders for subcontractors
  • Coordinate design and build activities
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and H&S construction laws
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver the project
Requirements:
  • SMSTS and CSCS certification
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and preparing tenders
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S construction laws
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate design and build activities
