Job Title: Senior Site Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Director to lead our team in the delivery of a high-profile project, the design and build of a £80m ambulatory diagnostic centre at West Middlesex University Hospital (Isleworth). The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing subcontractors, tender preparation, and main contractor experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Participate in tender preparation and submission
  • Lead the project team to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and H&S construction laws
  • Manage design coordination and CDP (sub-contractors with design portion)
  • Coordinate architectural packages (commercial, technical, etc.)
Requirements:
  • SMSTS, CSCS Black Card (white card also acceptable in some cases) - must be current
  • Stress Management
  • High levels of quality standards
  • Ability to manage a team and lead by example
