About the Role

Bouygues Construction is seeking an experienced Senior/Site Manager to join our team in the preparation of tenders for sub-contractors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a strategy to achieve internal fit out, preparing the scope of works, and coordinating with other trades.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a £80m ambulatory diagnostic centre project at West Middlesex University Hospital. The project involves the design and build of a five-storey new build, a rooftop plant, and a small terrace area, with a ground-floor link corridor to the existing hospital building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractors and participate in the preparation of tenders for sub-contractors.
  • Develop a strategy to achieve internal fit out and prepare the scope of works.
  • Coordinate with other trades and manage a team of site managers and assistant site managers.
  • Have a broad view of architectural packages, including commercial and technical aspects.
