We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Director to lead our team in the delivery of a high-profile project at West Middlesex University Hospital. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing subcontractors and participating in the preparation of tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with UK building regulations and H&S construction laws
  • Participate in the preparation of tenders for sub-contractors and main contractors
  • Lead the design coordination process, including managing CDPs and architectural packages
