About the Role

The Senior Director Europe will be responsible for leading the European region's direct and indirect channel, reporting directly to the Vice President, International region. The primary focus will be to increase market share and profitability in the region across the Intrusion portfolio, driving expansion and growth in challenging markets with a metro-market strategy and leading a significant employee team.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in the region, with experience in sales and operational management in a multi-faceted business. They will be able to design go-to-market strategies with brand positioning and have technical proficiency in the Security Product industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the European region's direct and indirect channel, driving growth and profitability
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to increase market share and profitability
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of senior managers and sales professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial integration and growth
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the European region, driving business growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Progressive responsibility for sales and operational management in a multi-faceted business
  • Demonstrable track record of success in the region
  • Knowledge of commercializing a product and designing go-to-market strategies
  • Technically proficient in the Security Product industry
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across business areas to gain trust
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recent experience of working at a leadership level in the European region
  • Extensive experience leading a team of senior managers or 2nd tier leadership experience
  • Experience of overseeing multiple functions, especially sales & operations
  • Commercially astute with knowledge of contractual agreements within a sales environment
