A leading educational establishment in the Isleworth area is seeking an experienced MIS Coordinator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the MIS team, managing and prioritising workloads to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Lead on ProSolution student record database training for all users.
  • Conduct regular meetings with directors, curriculum, and quality team managers to verify the accuracy of student data.
  • Maintain the course file, resolving queries and setting up groups and tuition fees in line with the college fees policy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an MIS Coordinator role or similar.
  • Familiarity with student record databases, specifically ProSolution, is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work closely with college staff, including teaching and support staff.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with various departments.
  • A current DBS check is required.

This is a competitive hourly rate position with structured working hours and a supportive team environment.
