Job Title: Senior Site Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Director to lead our ambitious project at West Middlesex University Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of this £80m ambulatory diagnostic centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with UK building regulations and H&S construction laws.
  • Participate in the preparation of tenders for sub-contractors and main contractors.
  • Coordinate design activities, including managing CDPs and architectural packages.
  • Ensure high levels of quality standards and stress management.
Requirements:
  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
  • Experience in main contractor management and subcontractor coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S construction laws.
